All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once an order has been placed and confirmed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
No Returns
Due to the nature of our business and products, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. Please review all product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or style selection by the customer
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered
- Delays in shipping or delivery caused by the carrier or customs
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider a replacement or store credit (not a refund) if:
- You received a damaged or defective item (photographic proof required within 7 days of delivery)
- You received the wrong item entirely (photographic proof required within 7 days of delivery)
- Your order was lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery after 60 days
To request an exception, you must contact us at support@rascosmarke with your order number and photographic evidence. We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed quickly and may already be in fulfillment. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We maintain detailed transaction and shipping records and will contest any unwarranted chargebacks. Customers who file fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from our store.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delayo beyond our control do not qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
