Thank you for shopping with us! Our soaps and products are handmade in small batches, and we take great care to ensure each item meets our quality standards.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. However, because our soaps are handmade using traditional methods, some custom or made-to-order soaps require additional time.

Certain soaps require a curing period of up to 6 weeks to ensure they are safe, long-lasting, and of the highest quality. If you purchase a soap that needs to be freshly made, your order may take up to six (6) weeks before it is ready to ship.

If a product requires this additional curing or production time, this will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
